How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary with scope. A full renovation typically runs 6–12 months; a new build 12–24. We give detailed timelines at the first consultation.
Do you work with existing properties?
Yes — both new builds and renovations. The same precision approach applies to optimising an existing space as to creating one from the ground up.
What areas do you serve?
The Costa del Sol: Marbella, Benahavís, Nueva Andalucía and the surrounding area. For anything further afield, ask and we will tell you honestly whether it is feasible.
What is included in your services?
Architectural design, interior planning, material selection, project management, and coordination with trusted local craftspeople and suppliers.
